Hello!
With the holidays fast approaching, gifting is front of mind for many. Last year, I put together a spicy list for you and it was one of the most shared pieces to date. This year, I decided to bring in some professional help to make the list extra spicy.
Welcome to the Brown Bodies x SheSpot Gift Guide 2024
SheSpot’s story started when university friends, Kalila and Holly, bonded over chats about women’s health and the frustrating stigma around women’s pleasure. Fast forward a decade, after stints in ‘sensible jobs’ they turned their passion into a side hustle.
Their mission? To make exploring women’s sexual wellbeing empowering, fun, and totally normal. They do this by combining trusted products with expert-led content and education (you can see why I like them!). A couple of years later, they ditched the day jobs to go full time on SheSpot, where they now offer over 130 products from more than 30 brands sourced from across the world — all carefully vetted and reviewed by SheSpot’s in-house team of experts like therapists and sexologists.
We’ve compiled this gift list to include as many of you as possible wherever you are on your journey and whatever your budget. SheSpot is primarily a destination for women but we’ve made sure many of the products shared here are also perfect for men or to use with male partners.
If you need any further recommendations, drop us a comment at the end of this piece — we’ll be answering as many as possible over the coming few days. Have fun!
PS. Keep scrolling for a gift from the SheSpot team.
NB: SheSpot delivers to the UK, Europe, US and Canada.
1. Date Night Chocolates by The Oh Collective
£14 | €17,95 | $18 USD
Anisah spotlighted For Play last year so, this year, we’re making these chocolates from female and Asian-founded brand, The Oh Collective, centre stage!
These are the first doctor-approved aphrodisiac chocolates. They’re perfect for spicing up a romantic night in. Eat it slowly and mindfully — savouring the moment is erotic.
Each box also contains a cheeky truth-or-dare card with a link to a love playlist or erotic audio story.
2. Eva Couple's Vibrator by Dame
£105 | €128,95 | $135
Dame Products was created by a sexologist, and an engineer and MIT alumna. It’s been around since 2014 and it’s well trusted in the industry and well regarded for its quality.
This one’s for partnered sex. The wearable vibrator fits snugly under the labia and provides clitoral stimulation during sex. If you’ve ever tried touching yourself or using a handheld vibrator whilst having sex with your partner then this is about to level up your game: say goodbye to interruptions and dropping the damn thing, and hello to seamless intimacy!
It’s rechargeable, waterproof and comes with a three year warranty.
3. Coco de Mer Pure Delight Orgasm Balm
£30 | €36,95 | $39
Luxury meets pleasure with this stimulating balm from London’s Coco de Mer, a female founded company. If you’ve never tried a stimulating balm or oil, their goal is to increase circulation to the most erotic areas of your body and heighten your sensitivity. Applying a dab to the clitoris a few moments before solo or partner playtime can lead to intensified orgasms and greater sensation. The beautiful packaging makes it a gorgeous gift.
4. Maude pH Balanced Body & Bubble Wash
£16.99 | €20,95 | $22
As one of Anisah’s favourites, Maude’s bubble wash deserves its place on this list. Maude was created by Latina founder Eva Goicochea. This product protects intimate health without compromising on quality and ingredients. It’s available in various scents — including the unscented No. 0. For the ultimate night in, light a candle, grab some chocolate, add a load of this to the bath.
5. The Booty Bliss Set
£74.99 | €92,95 | $96
This SheSpot curated set is the perfect introduction if you’re curious about exploring anal play.
I think it’s important to say here that you should only explore what feels right for you. No one — nor the media — should pressure you into trying something you're not comfortable with, or ready for now or maybe ever.
Remember, it should never hurt. Start slowly, don’t rush, start with external exploration, then with something small like a finger. Penetration does not have to happen the first time (or ever!) for it to be great and fun.
It’s important to use lots of lube — this set comes with Überlube, an award-winning essential lubricant that is long lasting — to ease comfort and amplify pleasure. It also comes with Baubo Q Balm — a soothing balm to soothe and nourish the area after anal play — and a bestselling vibrating butt plug.
6. JOMO London CBD Arousal Oil
£48 | €58,95 | $62
Founded by TV star Olivia Bentley, JOMO London creates products for elevated intimacy. This all-natural CBD-infused oil works as a sensual massage oil, day-to-day body oil, and intimate stimulator.
Its elegant bottle — which could definitely be mistaken for a luxury face serum! — is designed to sit discreetly on your nightstand.
7. HANX Water-Based Lubricant
£14.99 | €18,95 | $20
Anisah is a big Hanx fan and highlighted its Cindy Vibrator in last year’s guide. But this year, their water-based lube takes the spotlight. This gynae-approved lube is toy and condom compatible. Yes, not all lubes are condom compatible — oil-based lubes can weaken latex condoms, causing them to tear or break.
Founded by best friends Farah Kabir and Sarah Welsh, British brand Hanx redefines sexual health with body and planet-friendly products.
8. Knude Society Gwen Clitoral Vibrator
£52 | €63,95 | $67
Compact and versatile, this pebble vibrator from female-founded Knude Society is perfect for clitoral stimulation and massages on other erogenous zones (think inner thighs and nipples!). Great for solo play but loved by couples and its shape helps sit within two bodies — around 85% of people with vulvas need some form of clitoral stimulation to reach orgasm so this can really help.
It has settings from gentle to powerful, and is rechargeable and waterproof.
9. LELO Vanilla & Crème de Cacao Massage Candle
£25 | €30,95 | $32
Set the mood with this all natural soy wax massage candle. Once lit, the wax transforms into a luxurious, warm and silky oil that can be poured directly onto skin without getting burnt.
It’s infused with aphrodisiac vanilla and cacao. The packaging and the candle are gorgeous, making for an excellent gift.
10. SheSpot Subscription Box
£75 | €92,95 | $96 per quarter
For a truly thoughtful gift, the SheSpot Subscription Box is perfect. Every three months, they’ll receive a curated selection of intimate products from toys and lubes to sensual fiction and more. 11. SheSpot 12 Days of Pleasure Calendar

Last but not least, if you're new to sex toys or feeling adventurous this winter, this is the perfect place to dive in.

Unbox 12 full sized products, worth over £350. Plus, it has scored glowing five-star reviews from the editors at Cosmopolitan, HELLO Magazine, and Women’s Health.

Ruby Rare’s Sex Ed: A Guide For Adults
Written by sex educator and body-positivity advocate, Ruby Rare, this book is the practical and fun guide to sex that you should have been taught at school: a no-holds-barred roadmap that covers everything from how the brain is the most important sex organ to how to communicate what you want to yourself and a partner.
Tenuto Mini Men’s Vibrator
Tenuto Mini is a compact wearable vibrator for men that comes (ahem) from the team at MysteryVibe, the company founded by Soumyadip Rakshit — who I interviewed earlier this year. The company describes itself as over the counter urogynaecology devices that exist to address one of people’s biggest personal challenges — keeping the mystery in the bedroom, especially after major life events like childbirth, menopause, cancer treatment or surgery. With all its research, you know you’re in good hands.
